I bought these because from the photograph it looked like these completely covered your ears and I work in a noisy cubicle environment. Well, they rest on your ears rather than covering them, but they're very good headphones and they are a lot better with Dragon NaturallySpeaking voice dictation software than the ones I was using before. I'm very happy with them.

I bought these earphones to go with my Skype and also occasionally use them for listening to music. The sound is rich and nuanced. The set looks big - it is big - but very light and comfortable. I liked this set so much, I bought two - one for home and for the office

This is my second headset with a noise cancelling mic. It solved a problem that I was having with crashes while using the voice learning portion of RosettaStone.

The Sennheiser PC155 Traditional Binaural PC Headset has been an excellent purchase. I use these headphones for making Skype calls, listening to music, noise control on airplanes during travel, and for making software training videos. In every aspect, these headphones perform. The optional usb hookup works great in both desktops and laptops. The sound is clear and crisp, as is the recording when speaking into the mike. My only issue with these, is the volume control. It doesn't allow you to take the volume too high. This is probably done on purpose for safety concerns. But I think a few extra decibels would have sufficed. Otherwise, these are an all around great performing headset and well worth the money compared to other less expensive headsets found at the electronics stores.

Good quality sound for the price. Works well with Skype but is cheaper to buy here than directly from Skype. Controls feel a little flimsy, and that's the only reason I didn't give the product five stars.
