Works as advertised. Quality of sound very good. I use it with skype and dragon naturally speaking (DNS). With the latter, it picks up my voice very well. I like the fact that it folds nicely so it fits in my drawer, also the fact that it has a long cord. It's also great that I can increase/decrease volume in one move, w/o without actually having to use my mouse. Same with the mute button - particularly useful for me when using DNS. The headphones are comfortable, and not too tight. The adjustable head piece/band also works well. On the downside, it is a bit bulky, and it has no hard case, so if you plan to travel keep this in mind. The mouth piece locks in place at some point and you can't move it further down - this is a bit of a problem if you are trying to read something from a piece of paper that is on your desk. It blocks your view somewhat, but it's not really that big of a nuissance, and probably no one would notice unless you use DNS. These are very minor issues, though... Overall, it's a good product for a reasonable price. Would buy again.

Good Microphone.......2007-06-12

I bought the microphone to use with Dragon and that is all I have used it for. It is a good microphone. It does what it is suppose to do. My only issue is that I don't consider it signficantly better than the one that comes with Dragon.

Mostly I am impressed by Amazon for being so responsive to me in my multiple orderings of this product, both of which had major problems (my fault) which were quickly resolved by the team.

However, I should tell you that the product itself is great. It is a major improvement over the cheap headset I have been using for the past two years (the quality degraded significantly after I started carrying it between work and home). The only bad thing about this product is the cords which are kind of long and which I trip over. I don't think this is necessarily the fault of the product, but rather just an observation that wireless would be an improvement.

I bought a pair several years ago and thought they were a little pain in the butt, with having to fold them up and the "large" solid piece. They do give me what I like with gaming and music plus being able to hear my "honey" whe she needs my attention. I don't want something that blocks out everything. Of course, my place is pretty quiet anyhow :) I'd do it again :)
