Affordable, Reliable and Sturdy.......2007-06-05

This is my third Kingston DataTraveler. (I gave two to my son in college and kept this little beauty for myself.) I have owned a SanDisk that was disappointing because the USB connector bent. The Kingston is very well made and is designed with a "collar" around the base of the connector to hold it securely. Also, the cap fits well and you get a nice little click to let you know it's secure as opposed to some caps that slide on easily but slide off just as easily. (There's a nice little accessory kit, Kingston SKU # KUSBAP, for $6.99 that gives you a small single USB cable port to insert the USB drive into vertically when using a laptop or desktop PC with USB ports in the rear that you may want to purchase. It also has a well-made lanyard if you choose to wear the USB around your neck.) The price on the 2 GB has dropped tremendously since I bought my first Kingston DataTraveler. Highly recommend this model!

This unit was cheap and it works really well. It is really quick, and so far no problems. A friend told me Samsung makes these, but I haven't confirmed that.
