If what you want is to use two cpu with 1 monitor, mouse and keyboard, this is the best choice. It have no problem with the video, a simple and confortable way to switch between the two cpu's and a nice look.

This worked perfectly smoothly on our two older computers, one is an older XP and the other is millenium. (Ok, my 3 yo has 2 hand-me-down computers, one of which can play the hand-me-down games from his brother, and one of which can go on line). However, when I bought it, i couldnt figure out why some other models included sound . . . .and now every time my son wants to switch from an old cd game to an on-line game, I have to scramble behind the computers and move the speaker jack. Ok, a cheap set of speakers will fix that when i get around to it, but just be sure you dont need the audio part too! LOL

It works as advertised. I just used an adaptor to connect my Dell which has USB ports only. No biggie.
