Works great on my Windows XP, but it has no support for my latest & greatest Intel-based Mac Mini. Existing drivers are not for the latest versions of Mac; disappointing. In fact, as long as it is just a USB, I don't understand why it doesn't work with a UNIX based OS anyways; bizzare. I haven't tested on a Linux machine.

Buy, yes, I would recommend this product on Windows OS.

I use the SanDisk 12-in-1, the 5-in1 [SD Media], and primarily the CF readers from SanDisk. I also hate installing useless software unless it is absolutely necessary. However, the files that SanDisk creates when you push the button goes to a folder it creates and installs in My Documents called, ...My Transferred Files. How easy to find them. As photographer, this makes it easy to find the newly transferred files fast. Love these readers and they work great with the Belkin 7-port hubs. ...and it's portable, weighs nothing

This card reader works as advertised for a number of formats. The stand that it sits in is functional, but a bit unstable until the cord stops trying to roll itself up from the packing.

Works as advertised. No other complaints.
