Port replicator functionality and ease of use.......2003-04-04

When I had my sony vaio notebook I used to use it in class, and when I come home I had this port replicator that I had connected to my printer, four type flash memory reader, wireless headphones, a webcam, a joystick, power outlet, and a wireless keyboard and mouse.
I used all these things easely with my laptop using the port replicator. Not having to connect or disconnect all those things every time was like having a laptop computer but with all the expantions and functionality of a desktop.

NO AC ADAPTER!!?.......2002-12-25

After spending 200 on a port replicator and finding out that I need to buy another ac adapter, I am very upset! It uses the notebooks adapter. Stupid design and stupid of Sony not to include another adapter.
