Ultra66 is the first Ultra ATA/66-capable controller card and cable combination on the market. It supports up to four of these lightning-fast UDMA/66 drives or any combination of UDMA/66, UDMA/33, EIDE or ATAPI devices. Its two IDE ports offer separate device timing which permits users to attach different speed drives and devices, and run each at their highest-rated speed. Ultra66 is fully backward compatible with UDMA, EIDE, and ATAPI technologies, and co-exists with onboard IDE ports. Ultra ATA/66 technology presents a significant speed and price challenge to Ultra2 SCSI drive technology.Electronics:
