I'm a trator trailer driver, and I wear mine day and night. It's comforatable, and has enough volume to hear it in the truck.It's clear on the other end too.Every driver I've shown it to has bought at least one. I've got so many freinds who swear by it we bought 30 of them.None of the other drivers has found anything they like better.
