... and sitting in my iMac G5's box. I feel crippled without a scroll wheel or right-button, so I went out and bought a Microsoft Blue Optical mouse instead (their mice are about the only decent thing Microsoft sells). I thought Apple had finally figured it out with the Mighty Mouse, but I was disappointed.

My children under three can use this mouse very easily. I see them staying with it until middle school. Not everyone needs a bunch of buttons on their mouse! And it's solid - stands up to toddler abuse.

Pros:

Cons:

-Short wire
-No scroll wheel
-I WANT RIGHT CLICK!!!

This mouse is of very high quality, but has many flaws to it. First of all, the wire is SO short that you can't really move it from place to place. Secondly, there is no scroll wheel so you can't easily scroll down a page. Most importantly, THERE IS NO RIGHT CLICK!!! A mouse of this price and appeal should definitly have a right click feature.

I purchased this mouse for a used iMac I purchased. It's a nice mouse with a quality feel to it. Please note that if you are replacing the Apple Pro Mouse that used to be bundled with Macs, this mouse looks very similar, but does not allow you to adjust the click sensitivity. This was a problem for me initially, as I had my Pro mouse on a "soft" setting and found it uncomfortable to click on the relatively "hard" setting this mouse is fixed on. After not using a computer for a week, I returned and found that the "hard" click did not bother me anymore.

        after a month this mouse ALWAYS would double or triple click and that is very annoying and a waste of my limited time. trying to get a replacement with my one year warranty was impossible as the internet pageI was required to visit for warranty service, was hijacked by this mouse's creator who would not respond to any emails or direct phone calls.
        I'd just keep checking back again and again
        now this "company" macmice is owned by Mac Pro Systems and they said they just bought the company and not it's "problems from the past" and refuse to exchange this mouse for one that works or a refund. They were very unfriendly and entirely at odds with the attitudes of the Mac Community that I have encountered and enjoyed.
        I was invited to PURCHASE software to re-program this mouse. HA HA RIGHT!

        Interesting too is how the reviews here and other places that I read when I developed this problem THAT STATED OTHERS HAD DEFECTIVE MOUSES have conviently disapeared.
        Well here is my review: avoid this attractive yet not long lasting mouse. it will begin double and triple clicking which makes navigating the internet impossible. This company will fight like a dog to save themselves $19 and lose a customer for life.
        And according to the president, they could care less about silly little things like customer reviews and opinions
